A good result was achieved, considering a number of factors that were beyond Brett's control. That is, interest rates going up and the fuel crisis all happened the week the house went on the market. But Brett remained positive. I was always kept up to date with open house numbers and the strategies he had in place. I would not hesitate in recommending or using Brett again.
