Our experience has largely depended on the property manager we were dealing with. To provide some context, we encountered two unfortunate issues under the previous property manager. Firstly, a proposed rental increase was justified based on “market value” comparisons; however, our property—a three-bedroom, one-bathroom home—was compared to a four-bedroom, two-bathroom property. Lisa had the place inspected, minor maintenance and compliance checks completed, and property advertised with the first open home done in under a week.
