Kelly has been brilliant to work with! My aging dad needed to urgently relocate and Kelly was our saving grace. Application was processed and approved within 48 hours, she’s super fast at responding to all our communication and has made a difficult time for my father so much smoother than we could’ve hoped for. Viewed house for lease with Agata. Agent arrived 20 minutes late with a child. She then went on to ask who would be moving in with me, once she learnt I was a single parent, she thought it appropriate to ask quite abruptly how I would pay. Leased elsewhere for a higher listing price with absolutely no issues at all. Still in shock at the lack of professionalism.
