Walter’s knowledge of the area and the type of buyers who would be interested in buying the house was correct. He knew the house would attract buyers who wanted a home with dual living. He was so respectful to my family and I, which was important as it was an emotional journey for us. Our parents had the house built over 60 years ago so we are leaving many memories behind.
