I engaged this company to fix several minor issues at my rental property and discuss a bathroom renovation quote. Courtney attended and understood the full scope of work needed. However, the technician only repaired one leaking tap and left, charging me $322 without completing the agreed tasks. Worse: No invoice was ever provided All follow-up messages ignored I now have to pay another tradie to finish the job Zero accountability, terrible communication, and a complete waste of time and money. Do not recommend.

Rude and inconsiderate, had booked for quote never turned up! Following day they called, they claimed they called the day of the booking (never did), as doing quote, paid jobs took priority. Was then asked what my budget was for the job, I said I just wanted a quote on the work needed, over and over again the woman on the phone said but how much are you willing to pay. That has nothing to do with them coming to do a quote. Now not interested and would never recommend to anyone. 1 star review too good for them.

In a rental property Miscommunication on their part had a plumber turn up at 9pm and was then annoyed when I didn't feel comfortable letting him in. Multiple visits for the same issue. Wrote on an invoice the bad smell was probably my cat tray, even though they resealed the toilet pan with new silicone that day and the gas toilet smell never returned. Plumber left access hole lid not secure at back door and I tripped over it as he told me he had fixed it and I took his word when walking out the door.

Expensive entertainment called Fawcett Group to get air conditioner serviced. Awesome customer service as they could fit me in on the day.....from there it goes downhill. The service man arrives and spends 20 minutes outside the house, this is nearly 5pm. Eventually they come in. I advise how to get onto the roof, they do totally the opposite ! The lad is trying to walk up the ridge cap like a tightrope walker. He stops and comes down, makes a call and then says "I'm not going up on that roof, I have rods n pins in my back. ... read more

Look elsewhere - find a professional, experienced & accountable company "Fawcett Plumbing can repair all makes, models and styles of gas heaters." This is just an outright lie! The contractor [Name Removed] they sent us didn’t even know how to operate the heater let alone repair it. "If it turns out your heater is unable to be repaired, we can also give you expert recommendations for a replacement heater based on your needs, the size of your home and of course your budget" What kind of expert recommends replacing a 5-year-ol... read more

Do your research Do your research before signing. On top paying more for a heater through them the heater is now playing up after 3 weeks after installation. Acknowledge faulty heater not their fault but just adds salt to the wound. Also ask to see the cancellation policy before you sign.

Liars and conmen Hired Fawcett Lonsdale to install a kitchen gas top. The worker passed the gas meter, entered our side gate and removed our 100% working hot water system citing it was13years old, broken and unsafe. The unit was 7.5 yrs old and still under 12 year warranty. They lied and were misleading to my wife. Now they are ignoring our emails
