Poor service Was quoted $275 to unblocked a drain as my shower and toilets were backing up. Came out, didn't unblock the drain and now expect me to pay again to come back and have another go.. I even advised the IP to go down that cleared the tree roots last time. This was ignored
One star is too much On Saturday 28 November 2020 [Name Removed] from the Fawcett Group worked to fix a water leak in my Bonaire Integra evaporative air conditioner. He said he found a small hole in a 6 mm pipe, put in a joiner, and then attempted to charge $356 for his work. Luckily, when [Name Removed] arrived I switched on a timer because weekend rates are quite high. When shown the timer he backtracked and reduced labour fee by $66. Horrible company to deal with do not give them your credit card details I had them come out to look at my hot water system. After they tried to fix I got charged even though they didn't fix it. Then after complaining I got a refund then I got charged again on my credit card. So unorganised and they only tell you things that you wan to hear. No a trusted company to deal with

Over charged and dishonest STAY AWAY from these people. When they fail to explain the charges, they threatened to come and take off their product off your wall, then lied about it. They lost our trust with their threat therefore we refuse any further service from them. They charged us for work have not been rendered, kept our money. When we try to ask for a mutual settlement by offered to paid for the work that’s done and ask them to return the rest our money, they call to tell us that we are unethical.
Rip off merchants I was charged $200 to change a tap washer to get my shower working. And they charged me an extra $20 for the washer! Also $50 for a quote when other plumbers do it for free.

The $49 fix price we quoted yourself over the phone was a fee if you did not go ahead with the job as that would cover our time to attend. When the plumber arrives inside they look at the works that are needed and provide you with a quote to complete the works. Over charged by 3X What should have been a simple $1300 dollar Job turned out to be $3300. These guys are rougues steer clear of this group of companies. They took advantage of the tenants needing water straight away.
