TV MOUNTED and party started Excellent service from Jamie - Fawcett Group, very professional and finished the job well. We required a massive 75 inch TV to be mount on the wall. Job completed as requested. Jamie was very quick, skilled and had good communication. Thank you Fawcett Group.

6 star if I could, ask for discount as it works, get the tradie to call the boss as it works for me every time. 5 star outfit the whole way, I have seen other reviews on line, not my experience at all quite the opposite. Had a full bathroom reno and the tiler is next level. I’ve been using them for over 30 years with my investment properties and my own home and the service, technicians and quality have been excellent, 5 star group without a doubt. Fixed a problem that 2 other plumbers couldn’t fix. So professional Im a widow in my late 50’s. I have had a leak from my En-suite and it had wet the next bedroom. I rang on the weekend after another plumber’fixed’ the issue. I spoke to Mark he was compassionate and said I would get a call Monday. They rang early Monday and Courtney came out. He did checks that none of the other companies had done and he realised what my problem was. I was very upset and crying and he treated me with respect. I had to let everything dry out.... read more

At their suggestion was quoted the maximum amount to replace a pressure reducing valve near the water meter. The max was suggested in case they needed to dig around the meter & restructure the copper pipes. The quote didn't specify what that "possible extra" amount was. Ultimately it was just a straight forward replacement with no "extra" work or materials required. A maximum job time of 30 minutes. I engaged this company to fix several minor issues at my rental property and discuss a bathroom renovation quote. Courtney attended and understood the full scope of work needed. However, the technician only repaired one leaking tap and left, charging me $322 without completing the agreed tasks. Worse: No invoice was ever provided All follow-up messages ignored I now have to pay another tradie to finish the job Zero accountability, terrible communication, and a complete waste of time and money. Do not recommend.
