Highly recommend As a roofer I occasionally see some questionable DIY electrical work ( exposed wiring) in eaves and roof cavities. I know from previous experience with a quick call to Luke or Mark and with the excellent work from their team, they will be onto it quickly to fix any electrical problem to allow me to get my work done. EVAP problems, NOT today thanks to Fawcett Group I was so impressed with the on-site inspection of water damage that has been caused to my home. The quote was done in a fast and professional manner. Stephen Dix organised the whole thing from start to finish and ensured I was happy with my end repairs and service. He provided a high level of customer service with a smile, nothing was ever to much. The Fawcett Group can provide any service to my home in the future. Very happy customer.

Great service Luke came and checked the toilet problem as well as the water pressure today .. my home is old . The water pressure was miles too high so he attached a new water pressure limiting device .. This young man is always cheerful and efficient. Cleans up well and remembers the discount !!! I will only ever deal with this company ..
