Place was great, just as described and very clean. Alrick was great to deal with and was always responsive and helpful. Couldn't recommend enough.
Great place and location, near to Yarra river and marvel stadium also it is very spacious , near to all facilities and public transport.
We really enjoyed our stay at Alricks place - it was a great location by the water with excellent facilities - everything we needed It was very clean - bed was comfortable but was a small double bed … The tram is very close to accomodation and so easy to get around Melbourne Would recommend to others
It was a great place on the river and very close to the free tram so easy to get around. I liked having the little private balcony to let the outdoors in and appreciated the private entrance. Alrick was very responsive and friendly. I would recommend this apartment and would stay there again without hesitation.
Tram to CBD is very nearby. Immediate neighbourhood has few amenities and few eating places on the evening
Extremely convenient location with free tram almost to door. Quiet area of Melbourne and a nice outlook over the river. Amenities were as expected, warm and comfortable with all modern conveniences. Alrick was more than helpful with all instructions clearly explained, and very responsive to a very minor issue. Highly recommend Alrick’s place.
