I was very pleasantly suprised by the service provided. Great location, great place to stay, easy access from both carpark and river-side. Would recommend to anyone who wants a nice and quiet place to stay with a great view and a walkable distance to the CBD. Only downside, which has nothing to do with the BNB itself, is the hallway to the front door is dark and dingy. No clue why the building was designed this way, but I'm still offering 5 stars since they've gone above and beyond in everything in their control.

Very nice place, super clean, super convenience location and friendly host. Definitely worth the money we paid. The view is very stunning and we enjoyed the sunset and sunrise every day. Will definitely stay here again if we ever come back to melboune.
My partner and I had a great time in this Airbnb! The location was so peaceful and the view was beautiful! It was also located very close to a tram stop so PTV was very convenient for us. The only feedback I would give is that the bed was smaller then expected and abit uncomfortable and there were certain spots where the walls were randomly painted white but regardless we had such an amazing weekend! Thanks for the great time!
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alrick war ein super Gastheber und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung war super sauber und genauso wie beschrieben.

We had a wonderful stay at Alrick's apartment. It was very comfortable and had all that we needed. We also had beautiful weather which allowed us to enjoy sitting on the balcony over the weekend taking in the view. Great location, easy access to the free tram, supermarket, and restaurants. We will definitely rebook for our next visit to Melbourne.
