We had a lovely stay at Alrick’s place. Everything was perfect and he was very helpful and friendly. Only thing we would say is that the photos don’t do this apartment justice! We’ll be sure to return if we are back in Melbourne again. Thanks Alrick!
It is in a perfect location, tranquil but still in the CBD. its a modern, clean, beautiful waterfront apartment, with a tram stop and some great coffee walking distance. I would stay here over and over again. If I come back to Melbourne, I'll certainly try to stay here again. Also Alrick himself is super responsive and helpful!

Apartment was beautifully kept and a perfect location for us. Had everything we needed with a beautiful waterfront view to top it off! Alrick was super helpful and responsive, thank you so much for the great stay!
Great place that was quiet, clean and had beautiful scenery. The tram station is right outside the building and is within the free Tram zone. Alrick was very responsive and provided very clear instructions for self check in. The private entrance is also very convenient. Highly recommend!

Amazing place to stay. Perfect for a couple. Awesome views of the Yarra River. It was an ideal area for me. I had to attend a conference at the Melbourne Convention Centre (10min walk) and attend the office located in the docklands (10min Walk). The place is near cafe's, bottleo, shops. Also 90m from the tram station that has a line that goes straight to the centre (15min free tram ride).
