Rude and expensive Installer was rude. Charged for more time than was there. Have needed to call them out every year to fix the same problem (3 years consecutively). Never again will I use Darebin Gas.
Over charging What a rip off! $290 for a part (PTV for water heater) that retails for $90 and 15 mins of work. Avoid these con artists. You guys think your worth $800 per hour labour? What a joke.
Poor Customer Service - Not Upfront On Payment Terms Over the years I have used Darebin Gas for various jobs. Most recently they installed a new storage hot water system for me. I have no issues with the work they did, however, I was unhappy that they were not upfront with the terms and conditions attached to the payment which meant that I was left paying their credit card surcharge rather than paying in cash (bank transfer) which was my expressed preference.
