My son has eczema and we’ve noticed a huge improvement taking him to the salt room. My partner loves the cryo freeze and I love the infrared sauna 👍
I tried the 30 min infra red sauna & the 50 min salt room and loved both of them. Very relaxing and the addition of colour therapy for both rooms was great xx
You are always greeted with the most friendly and supportive staff who make you feel like the most special person right then and there at your appointment. Everything Cryospa offer, I love. I go there weekly and wouldn’t change a thing! X
An amazing experience every single time!!! The salt room....absolute bliss and one of a kind. The sauna...rejuvenation plus. My fave is the cryo booth, seriously cannot speak highly enough. An absolute must try if you want to feel rejuvenated instantly. Thanks girls for creating this amazing oasis..�
This is such an amazing wellness centre with state of the art treatments. The staff are also incredible. I did the cryo sauna and salt room therapy, which left me feeling incredible. Thank you Cryospa, can’t wait for my next visit!
A life saver to have been able to do a salt-room session and a hot-sauna session here yesterday to help combat a nasty chest cold. Top end equipment, relaxing environment, lovely staff.
