Absolutely love this clinic. My 3 minute cryospa with 30 minute infrared sauna and I’m looking forward to 45 minute Himalayan salt room next week! The team are fabulous - informative and friendly. Highly recommend this place.
LOVED LOVED LOVED my visit! I did the Cryotherapy and the Salt room and I highly recommend it! I am so looking forward to my visit in a few days for the infra red sauna :) went in with my partner and he also enjoyed it so a great couples experience! Definitely recommend.
Such an amazing experience. I did all three treatments- the cryogenic freezing, infared sauna and the salt therapy room. I honestly feel so relaxed and my skin is so soft and healthy. Thanks for having us!
Love my visits to Cryo Spa Clinics in Crowsnest! The combination of cryo/ infrared sauna and the salt room have me feeling fabulous! This helps with my sore joints and the best thing is I burn calories while doing it! Great service and value for money! Wish I could visit every day!

So many treatment options and the guys that run the clinic are awesome. The benefits we feel doing the cryotherapy, infrared sauna and salt room are amazing and we definitely notice a difference when we can't make it for our usual Sunday sesh. Highly recommend trying them out!
