The salt room is the ultimate hiding place from the world for some much needed calm. The infra red sauna takes away all the aches that annoy. Love this place.

Relaxing Friday afternoon for my partner and I. I bought it as an anniversary gift for the 2 of us. My partner had always wanted to try cryo. I was a bit nervous but we both agree that it’s was awesome and not scary. It was cold but not that bad. We followed with a 30 minute infrared sauna at 70 degrees. We are regular sauna users and found that this really got our sweat on. Fantastic facilities. Very clean and modern. We will be going back. 5 star
