Very thoughrough inspection for termites - though still waiting on the report? Treatment for cockroaches and silverfish has already proven to be be more effective than when we have had the same service from others bu the number dead that we've found.

I would never have any other firm carry out my annual termite inspection. Mark’s professional and thorough approach is A1. He sends me a reminder when it is due and is very flexible so comes when it best suits me. He is punctual and checks every inch of the property in an orderly and efficient manner. I'm happy with your very good service. Only question is - when articles are left near the floor (ie in ensuite towel rack), should I pick them up and put elsewhere before you arrive? I did this with a few things, but I missed a few things. I'm quite OK with you telling me to shift things, where necessary
