I would never have any other firm carry out my annual termite inspection. Mark’s professional and thorough approach is A1. He sends me a reminder when it is due and is very flexible so comes when it best suits me. He is punctual and checks every inch of the property in an orderly and efficient manner. His prices are very reasonable. The best thing I gain from his wonderful service is peace of mind knowing that he has fully investigated my home. Well done Mark!

I'm happy with your very good service. Only question is - when articles are left near the floor (ie in ensuite towel rack), should I pick them up and put elsewhere before you arrive? I did this with a few things, but I missed a few things. I'm quite OK with you telling me to shift things, where necessary

Staying at a friend's house at Bridgeman Downs, I contacted Josh from Critical Care Pest Management for a full pest control of the house and garden. Very happy to see the ugly cockroaches come out of their hiding places and die. The guarantee is for a year .. thanks Josh.
