Andy was a great communicator and really helped us through a few hiccups that could have been deal breakers. Had it not been for his efforts we may not have ended up with home. I found him very approachable and easy to deal with. Highly recommend him if you are selling in the area

It's not easy buying on this market with most properties attracting multiple offers on the first Open Home. This was no different. These Buyers acted decisively and reasonably right from the start which played out in their favour. During the sale process we hit a few hurdles however their honesty willingness to cooperate paved the way to overcome these. No stress, no fuss. They deserved to secure a great property in beautiful Yaroomba. Michael and Naomi were a pleasure to deal with.

Andy was great from the get go, initially we approached him about selling our unit. He gave us some advice on what we needed to do, it was in need of a minor make over. We took onboard all of Andy's recommendations, after 4 months of coordinating the trades required, we took our unit to market. It sold at the first open. We would recommend Andy to others for his knowledge of the Coolum market and just being a decent guy that makes you feel comfortable throughout the process.
