Dealing with Greg was a pleasure. He did exactly what he said he would and he worked with me to get me a viewing of the house at a time that worked for me. Greg quickly provided whatever information I requested and was always available to answer my questions.

Andy's knowledge of the local market, we believe, cannot be matched by any other agent in Coolum. When you list with Andy you know its going to be Andy that turns up to the open homes, conducts the negotiations etc on your behalf. We have both purchased and sold using Andy and have been happy with the result. Personal service is something we always look for in an agent. Biggest isn't always the best and it's often empty vessels that make the most noise.
