Andy was a consummate professional from start to finish of the sales process. He provided me honest, transparent and well considered advice throughout. He gave me realistic expectations of the value of the property and expert recommendations on the work I needed to consider undertaking to help increase it's appeal to the market. He was tenacious in chasing up prospective buyers and kept in close communication with throughout. All up the service he provided was outstanding.

In this industry some properties are simply more challenging than others. The great thing was that together with Matt, we identified what needed to be done and executed the plan accordingly. With regular communication, a bit of patience and a dedicated team effort, the result came eventually. Both our sales division and prioperty management division sincerely hope we do business Matt and his family again.
Andy is a hard-working professional, who knows the local real estate market extremely well. He is very helpful, cooperative and obliging, even responding to emails late at night and on weekends.

Andy was on the ball the through the whole process from inspection to purchase and settlement. Any questions relating to the area, the dwelling etc. were answered promptly and honestly. Im glad I used Andy Lake after interviewing other realtors. He is experienced, patient, very clear about legal and other issues. In early interviews he helped me with downsizing and staging suggestions. Ten days and the property was sold despite the pandemic. He suggested options for lawyers and valuers to establish my selling price which gave me confidence when buyers were suggesting lower house values.
