I rented one of the 10 studio apartments at 65 Neerim Drive Mooloolaba for 12 months. I was flooded 3 times in 12 months. The 1st time I was standing in the kitchenette and water started flooding through the doorway and across the whole apartment. I was in shock but managed to grab my phone and start recording.
