Evident that they abuse/neglect their animals just from the state of the store. They sold my cousin a puppy with parvo years ago and continue to do it - buy from puppy mills and don’t care about pet health. RSPCA needs to do something about this!!

Years ago ? we are only a year old , all our puppies get tested for parvo before we sell them,, and we provide proof of parvo test results to customers.
I recently brought a hand raised bird from here and not happy one bit. I've purchased birds before that were hand raised and handled properly from other stores and they were not scared and very friendly from the start. heard really bad things about this place. over crowded bird cages and poor hygiene. Avoid buying from here. do a google search for bird rescues. there are plenty of birds needing rehoming. don't support business like this.

Animals living in absolute squalor. Horrible conditions, stuck in tiny cages and lying on top of each other. 8 rabbits to one glass container, four dogs to a tiny metal cage. Puppies appear lethargic and were whimpering and crying. Birds were screaming to get out. I even have photos to prove it. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS THAT SUPPORTS ANIMAL CRUELTY. It is incredible how one can have facts wrong and put them out in public with no care to check details. Every day every single cage and enclosure is cleaned out. Our beautiful pups which have been only purchased * from registered breeders *have periodic breaks and nap together after their time out. All of them are taken home to relax and play and retire for the night in a huge backyard. Similar with all our birds, rotated out of their cages as they are all handraised and enjoy being out on the extreme large bird stand.... read more
