Evident that they abuse/neglect their animals just from the state of the store. They sold my cousin a puppy with parvo years ago and continue to do it - buy from puppy mills and don’t care about pet health. RSPCA needs to do something about this!!
I recently brought a hand raised bird from here and not happy one bit. I've purchased birds before that were hand raised and handled properly from other stores and they were not scared and very friendly from the start. Sell cross bred pups as pure and charge price for pure. Wouldn’t recommend.
heard really bad things about this place. over crowded bird cages and poor hygiene. Avoid buying from here. do a google search for bird rescues. there are plenty of birds needing rehoming. don't support business like this.
Animals living in absolute squalor. Horrible conditions, stuck in tiny cages and lying on top of each other. 8 rabbits to one glass container, four dogs to a tiny metal cage. Puppies appear lethargic and were whimpering and crying. Birds were screaming to get out. I even have photos to prove it. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS THAT SUPPORTS ANIMAL CRUELTY. Do NOT buy your pets from here! If you want to have a healthy pet, I highly suggest for you to go to another pet store. I bought a blue, Indian ring neck at 10 weeks old from concord pets. I was advised the bird was completely healthy, and was ready for a new home. Within the first month of having the bird, it started to show underlying health issues. The bird I purchased died 5 days later. I should had gone with my gut feeling and not walked back in to purchase from this shop. I brought the dead bird back as they take the bird to do a necropsy/autopsy. The result came back saying he died of starvation. Funny (well not funny) thing is I have videos of him eating a very healthy diet and not leaving food behind. I’m an experienced parrot owner. I sent these to them but they didn’t care.
