RecommendedI bought my baby daschund from Concord Pets. I was very impressed with the staff, the cleanliness of the store and the organisation of paperwork. My girl came microchipped and had her first Vax. Also purchased same food she'd been eating and was highly impressed of the quality. It wasn't one of those cheap generic brands. It shows they really do care about their animals. Would recommend this store to anyone wanting to buy a new pet. Very thankful I found them :-)
RecommendedOur puppy is the best from Concord Pets, with all relevant paperwork, health portfolio, and care guide. And at the most reasonable price, in comparison to any other Pet Stores!! Excellent service, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, respectful and welcoming staff. Thank you for a great store serving the community, with a wide range of beautiful birds, fish, rabbits, pet food and accessories. It's a lovely experience to spend time browsing looking through all the displays. Will be returning again and again.
RecommendedWe visited to day and bought a canary. What a delightful surprise to meet such lovely people. So very friendly and helpful - lots of gentle hand raised birds, small animals and pet supplies - we’ll be back!

RecommendedI have just purchased my very first bird. The owners were extremely helpful, answered all my questions and not only are they very knowledgeable they made us feel very welcome in their store. Highly recommend Concord pets.

Selling sick dogs, cats and untamed birds. Went in there took one look and never came back. Absolutely horrific

Fyi we don't sell cats never have so unsure if u are talking about us , all our dogs come vet checked with a follow up vet check within 7 days after purchase, all birds bred and handraised by us we dont buy birds from other breeders .
I've been a few times, very small and cramped. I purchased a conure from there a few years ago, was told she was hand raised, told that I couldn't leave her there until the next day, I couldn't even put a deposit on and they'd sell her if I didn't take her then and there. I didn't have a cage so they put her in a tiny box. I then had to wait 15 minutes to pay for her as there was other customers. I paid and took her home, she wasn't hand raised and isn't tame at all.
