I can’t recommend more highly. Beautiful people who went over and above to ensure a little puppy my partner loved came to her. My partner has MS and was looking for a little companion after losing her little buddy of 15 years. They did so much for us and we can’t thank them enough. If you want to meet people that really deeply care for their puppies and customers go to concord pets. Now i have to work out how to fit all the birdies and bunnies into my house. I bought my baby daschund from Concord Pets. I was very impressed with the staff, the cleanliness of the store and the organisation of paperwork. My girl came microchipped and had her first Vax. Also purchased same food she'd been eating and was highly impressed of the quality. It wasn't one of those cheap generic brands. It shows they really do care about their animals. Would recommend this store to anyone wanting to buy a new pet. Very thankful I found them :-)
Our puppy is the best from Concord Pets, with all relevant paperwork, health portfolio, and care guide. And at the most reasonable price, in comparison to any other Pet Stores!! Excellent service, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, respectful and welcoming staff. Thank you for a great store serving the community, with a wide range of beautiful birds, fish, rabbits, pet food and accessories. It's a lovely experience to spend time browsing looking through all the displays. Will be returning again and again.
We visited to day and bought a canary. What a delightful surprise to meet such lovely people. So very friendly and helpful - lots of gentle hand raised birds, small animals and pet supplies - we’ll be back!
