We did a lot of research before deciding on going with Compass Pools Newcastle. From the initial meetings and quoting stage, throughout the install and the handover, the whole process ran smoothly and the staff went above and beyond. We are very pleased with the way the final product looks and especially the way the in-floor cleaning operates.

Putting in a pool is no small undertaking but the team at Compass Pools were wonderful to work with from start to finish. As always, with such big projects there are complexities along the way but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our time frames were met and the pool was ready for summer fun. I have never had a pool and the whole process with Compass from start to finish was great - we have honestly truly loved having the pool, the best decision we have made and get a lot of use out of it - more than we thought we would. It is very easy to look after with the automatic self cleaner. Our family and friends really love it - and we just love looking out to it in the yard. We have had it for 4 years now and would highly recommend Compass Pools.

We cannot complement the whole team at Compass pools highly enough. The initial meetings with Russ and a great design concept from Paul through to all the team. From the time we decided to purchase our Compass Pool we have been very impressed with the professionalism they have shown from start to finish. I finally have a pool that I've always wanted! Our pool was installed in November 2019 and finally finished landscaping etc in February 2020, and it looks great. Our grandkids ranging from 9 months to 14 years loved coming over to swim in it. Initially we were not going to get the self clean system but by visiting the display centre at Tomago on several occasions, we were really impressed how clean the pools were, so hence self cleaning we chose and do not regret it one bit. We have been enjoying our self-cleaning Compass Contemporary pool and SPA and would highly recommend the compass team and its products. For anyone looking at a pool it is vital to do your planning and the sales team at Compass have the patience to work through this with you. We changed our mind on the type of pool and design 4 or 5 times before signing the contract. We use our pool everyday through the warmer months. We opted for a self cleaning pool system so our pool is so easy to maintain. It does all the cleaning for us. It has been the best investment because it really does take care of itself and we just get to enjoy using it.

I think I only vacuumed it 4 times in 20 years, the in floor cleaning system did it all. It made having a pool so much less work. No creepy crawlies & hoses, or no robotic cleaners to wear out in about 6 years.
