Russell Fagan and his Compass Pools team was amazing! The service was excellent, fun, friendly and supportive at every single step of the process. It was a small project (a 2.8 plunge pool) but I feel that I received exactly the same interest as if it had been a pool 5 times the size from all people involved from the sales man, to the pool installation team through the draft lady and the after sale person. End result is exactly what I expected...thank you Compass Pools team!
We love our spa and it’s been a great addition to the home. Compass pools have made it an easy addition to do, helping us every step of the way.
We purchased a house in the Dandenong hills that has a Compass Pool, it is 22 years old and is still magnificent. We had to have Compass come out and replace a part for our 'in-floor' cleaning, which apparently not a common issue, they came out, replaced the part and now its back to cleaning our pool effortlessly.
We use our pool regularly, its amazing to swim in and adds real value to our home. The in floor cleaning is amazing and Gordon Ave Pools have delivered and amazing pool for us.

From the beginning Craig was very knowledgeable and guided us on pool location and legal fencing requirements. He was able to get us from contract to swimming in 6 weeks, just in time for summer which was amazing. We are so happy with the aesthetics of the pool and surrounds, heater quality (giving us 7 months swimming) and pool equipment which is hidden nicely away in our garage. He has also been great with any queries regarding pool maintenance and chemical diagnostics.
Craig George is such a professional. His work is outstanding and he goes the extra yard for you. He also has a great team of guys working for him and contacts for anything extra you may require. I gave him an almost impossible timeline and he came through to the day. I would not hesitate to use Craig again, as I have already for other landscaping and contouring that was needed on our property.
Love my new Compass pool from Gordon Avenue Pools, very happy with the advice regarding selecting a pool and color chosen. So far it has been a great experience with quality products and excellent service!
Our Compass Pool was installed in August, 2019. Throughout the Build and Installation process we were kept updated and openly discussed our options when any issues occurred (Rock !!!) Even after a few teething problems with the Hayward OmiLogic System, we have been able to enjoy our Beautiful Pool almost all year round... If you get a chance, the in-floor cleaning is a "Must"....
