Compass pools are amazing; they have amazing feature that I've never seen before such as the Vantage in floor cleaning system They also offer the none slip surface in all their pools. I also love the variety of shape, sizes and colours I would highly recommend compass pools
Our experience with Compass at Newcastle was great! They were awesome with communication and also understanding of our indecisiveness with choosing colours! They walked us through the whole process, and made organising a pool build whilst also building a house a breeze! Would definitely recommend, and if we ever need another pool we won't hesitate to go with Compass!
I don't usually do Google reviews in fact I think this is my first. But I was so impressed with the service I received from Craig at Compass Pools Australia that I felt I needed to thank him publicly. I originally purchased my pool from a Compass Pools Franchisee but I make no comment here in respect of the Franchisee who is no longer in business. My feedback is solely for Compass Pools Australia. Compass pools are a complete joke. I have been waiting 3 years for them to fix my pool. Just about every excuse under the sun has been used as to why they haven't fixed it yet. I have contacted them on multiple occasions through multiple platforms, Phone, Email, Text, FB and going to the store that installed. if I could rate this as negative stars I would. not much point in claiming that your warranty is the best if you don't actually follow through. Definitely do yourself a favour and buy your pool from somewhere else.
Could not of asked more from the Tech Service Manager of Compass Pools, took so much time in explaining an issue, which was actually a straight forward easy to fix issue. The phone call was very much appreciated and left us feeling relaxed. Our beautiful compass pool with infloor cleaning is our families life during the summer months!!
