My pool was installed last year. It had to be craned over my roof. This difficult operation was conducted very professionally. The pool installers were helpful, professional, and worked well. The pool itself runs smoothly and has a wonderful self cleaning system. So easy to maintain. It is used most days. The looks of the pool are exceptional. We absolutely love our Compass Pool! The in-floor cleaning system is a total game changer, It keeps the pool sparkling clean with hardly any effort from us. Easily the best addition to our home, and we couldn't be happier with how easy it is to maintain and how beautiful it looks. Highly recommend to anyone considering a pool!

We purchased our pool from Brett at compass pools. Brett has become someone I can call if need anything and never any trouble. I would recommend dealing with Brett and compass pools because they really go out of their way to help out
Let me start this review by taking you on an journey... 3 years ago we had a compass pool installed by a company *shall not be named* in SEQLD, who were horrendous to deal with. After having QBCC come out 18 months after the installation and works had constant issues, nothing was rectified. I spoke with Xavier from Compass Pools at the Pool and Spa show in early Feb 23. I had a site visit the next week and a contract to review the following week. The pool went in as planned in June and it was completely operational in 5 weeks! The pool-install team where highly professional and I felt very confident with their level of knowledge and diligence. The infloor cleaning system has been a delightful bonus. Highly recommend Compass pools. Amazing design and colours. Process was a bit long, but weather was a bit tricky at times and we didn’t mind as was built in winter ready for summer.
