Rocket Mozzafiato booked in for it's annual service, which as most serious coffee lovers know can be a trying time to cope with, but the service was completed in good time, and we appreciated the progress report nearing completion.

Poor service Took 6 weeks then a rediculous cost est that I believe was just an up sell towards another machine I went elsewhere for under half the cost you quoted and they perform 95% that was listed by you They completed my work in 5 days I will be telling as many people as I can to not go to your establishment
i had to wait nearly six weeks for my machine to be serviced.
The coffee machine is now in great condition. And works fabulously. But I was originally told it would take 4weeks to service it. At the 8 week mark when I hadn’t heard anything I contacted the store. I was then told the ordered part had “just arrived” in the store. The machine was ready the next day. I give CMS 1 out of 5 stars for poor follow up.
Unacceptably long time to wait for service. 6 weeks without the machine. If you paid extra the wait was still at least 3 weeks.

further to your comment, we have been working on a booking system for servicing which given that we are a small business, we needed to ensure that it did not become cumbersome. We are finally releasing this today so in the future you will be able to book in a date for servicing which we aim to have the service turned around within 3 days.
