My order was cancelled within 24hours of Black Friday……
Selected option for express shipping. they sent via sendle, not express. Parcel been sitting in the same depot for 6 days and has not moved. Coffee Machine Specialists have not even seen fit to reply to my email asking where it went wrong. Once they have your money it seems they dont care!

Abusive harassment when they can’t help me
To have my machine out of action for ten weeks waiting for a simple service is just hopeless. Surely you can manage a better booking system than the present one.

Based on our records, your coffee machine was dropped off on 15 August 2022, and we completed the work and emailed you an invoice on the 7th of September 2022.
