Good communication. Easy process. Only frustration was repair to steam wand needed due to error on last service.
For something used every day it must be serviced to keep in good condition. Also it is a very expensive item and shouldn"t be let to deteriorate. Telephone enquiry was pleasant and helpful as was the store staff. My only complaint was not having a pickup available. I cannot move it myself and I have to keep asking people to help me get it to the store. My score 9 out of 10
I’m pleased that the steam arm nut issue has been rectified but there’s still an intermittent loss of pressure from the steam arm.
