Happy with the work but there was pile of pipes and fittings left from the previous job that Isaac said he would get rid of. I thought he had done that, but then I discovered they had just been stacked under the house. He did know we wanted them gone, and had agreed to remove them, but we still have them stuck under the house. This is quite a large amount of stuff, and there really should be no debris left after a job like this. Charlie was fantastic. We had a blocked drain, he fixed the problem and was very thorough. He explained the cause of the problem and options going forward so it doesn’t happen again and is happy to help with the involvement of others to realign the pipe, rather than just walk away from it.
