Charlie turned up on time. He was easy to talk to, he knew how to diagnose then fix the problem. He also identified some potential future drainage issues that were not urgent now but needed keeping an eye on.
Have used Charlies before, once again completely satisfied, arrived on time, very polite, professional work, answered any questions, cleaned up during and after job. Will use again.
Charlie and fellow workers were very professional and did as very good job and were very helpful when asked to do seemingly small but important fixes to other plumbing issues. I highly recommend them. AB
