We have had two visits from Charlie’s Plumbing. The first time he came it was raining, so he was not able to get onto the roof. We want to thank him for coming back a second time and making a very detailed report of the damage to our roof. He showed a very professional approach to the process of reviewing the insurance claim. I needed an urgent tap replacement. I contacted my regular plumber, left a message and still have not received a response. I found Charlies Plumbing from a Google search. Following a phone call to the office, Jess was very helpful in making a booking for me later the same day. The plumber (Jonathon McGrory) was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Charlies Plumbing saved the day for me as I had guests arriving that night.
