Ben and Century21 are a great team. The kindness and interest and willingness to take on any situation without prejudice is paramount. Ben took on a situation that was less than ideal but he took it on and treated myself with utter respect despite very emotional moments. I was always validated. My home was sold in next to nothing turn around time, and well advocated for from Ben when offer came through. The most important aspect here is Ben and Century21 are for seller, buyer and tentant.

In my recent purchase in Townsville, I had pleasure connecting with fantastic real estate agent Ben who went above and beyond to help me. From the very beginning, team was attentive, patient, and always available to answer any questions I had. I visited for few hours to Townsville from Sydney for my final inspection and was wondering if I can see the house in the weekend as per my preferred time. Sonia’s market knowledge is second to none and her approach to selling is a breath of fresh air. She is in demand and very busy, yet she still returns calls and is awesome with feedback.
