We recently dealt with Sonia on two fronts-selling our property and finding a new one. I can say with the utmost honesty that Sonia's professionalism, personality and knowhow was top class and ensured this challenging time for our family was smooth. No barrier was too hard to overcome and Sonia would always have options at the ready if we needed to problem solve an issue. She had our best interests at heart and we had a very positive experience selling our first home and buying our forever home.
Business response:

Perfect
Katrina was spot on with her appraisal of our home price was. Always contactable. As sellers who live far away , we always felt confident that all aspects of selling our home were taken care with understanding and consideration. Happy to refer Friends and family on to her .
First class professional, easy to talk too, very accessible and kept me informed all the way through the sale of both my units. Made me feel like I was her only client. Got me the results I needed as well.
I recently purchased an investment property in Townsville city through Ben. From the moment we inspected the property to the final settlement I found Ben and his support staff at Century 21 to be very professional and diligent. As an interstate investor; communication is very important both over the phone and e-mail correspondence.
Found Katrina and Century 21 team easy to deal with. Was kept informed of interests and offers on property through whole process up to settlement day. Happy with sale.
Exelent service professional friendly people
Katrina was lovely and easy to deal with. On time for inspection appointment and had great knowledge of the property. Very nice and friendly to chat with.
