Katrina was professional and personable, she explained the sale process in great detail. Our house was sold in a few days with a sale price exceeding our expectations. We would highly recommend Katrina.
Business response:
Thank you Graham for your feedback.
We met Sonia at an open in Kirwan, when we visited another in Douglas she remembered us and said she had a home coming to market soon that we might be interested in. We viewed that home the same afternoon. It was in an area we hadn’t considered and it didn’t have the pool I said was a must but when I walked in I got ‘the feeling’ and I knew we had to live there! Thank you Sonia (and Leia) for helping us secure our new family home. We are excited to move in this week!!
Extremely good
We have been beyond grateful for Sonia and her wonderful approach when managing the purchase and sale of our properties. Sonia was genuinely interested in understanding what was needed and what we were hoping for with each sale/purchase. Sonia is an absolute professional, timely, and invested in getting you results, warm, engaging and thoughtful. Thank-you Sonia!
Highly reccommend! Sonia presented us with good strategies and has a wealth of knowledge of the industry. Sold our house before it hit the market and we were very happy with the outcome. Very proffessional and approachable and support us through the whole process.
Sonia is the best agent in Townsville! We bought our home through her and when we sold it, we did not look for anyone else - we contacted her and she was there for us from day 1. Very knowledgeable, trustworthy, dependable and most of all, dedicated to her craft. When you work with her, you feel like you have a family member on your side working with you through the process. We highly recommend Sonia to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Townsville!
