I moved out of 33 Edwards Street a month ago because apparently the owner wanted to do up the house the house is back up for rent already for $350 a week when I was paying $240 a week and the neighbours that I'm friends with said no one's been there to do anything to the house.. and the house is no where near worth $350 a week they are just taking advantage of Townsville having no rentals. greedy as. these photos are from before I moved in 6 years ago.
Ppl beware of this real estate company absolute scammers only there for the $$$$ been renting for 3 years with them nothing but head aches house was left better than I moved in hired bond cleaners gardeners and and still they make up lies to keep your bond stay well clear of these ppl pathetic service
upsetting ppl why house had carpets ripped out and 11days without air-con and they have babies at 3 yrs but she had a house inspection one month ago and had one done again this morning
this realestate is rude and have no respect for their clients. Instead of dealing with clients, they would like to harrass them via email and when asked to stop, they continue. would not recommend them at all.
Sneaks and liars! They call on the phone all nice and polite and then send emails after the call saying the complete opposite thing. Do not trust them at all they lie to your face with a smile on theirs. I would also like to say we were perfect renters for 3 years. always paid rent, no complaints, no issues, untill we decided to finish our lease. then they show their true colours.
