Steve was very well-prepared and explained everything very clearly. He provided us with a number of options and have reasons for his particular recommendation, which we accepted.
Steve clearly explained the adjustments in our superannuation that he recommended, so we understood the benefits. He outlined some possible changes to be considered over the next few years. Steve patiently answered our queries and was understanding of our preference to receive hard copies of paperwork that needed to be signed.
