Very impressed with the SOA prepared by Anjali Sharma. Comprehensive document that clearly and accurately sets out my goals and the measures recommend to meet them. The forced transfer from Bank First has been stressful and up until I received the SOA I wasn't convinced that the move was in my best interests. I'm now comfortable with the process and trust CCA to manage my investments.
All very positive except I didn't receive the emailed agenda until after the phone linkup, hence the four stars, not five. Would have been more helpful to know what was ahead!
