Very professional but at the same time our new advisor talks to us at a level that we can understand. Prepared with documentation and answer any questions we may have. Today we saw someone new. He was great but you could tell that he is new at being an advisor. (Reason being it’s very resent for him). He will become a great asset for the company and a great advisor for us. My experience with CCA with interviews with Chris and Elton have been respectful, informative and helpful. All contacts I have had have been most comforting and encouraging that my interests are in good hands.
After initial problems in communication with CCA Financial Planners which have been discussed I was very happy with my meeting with Marcello yesterday. I was ready to look elsewhere and Marcello phoned me to discuss the problems that I had had and and offered to come to meet me which happened yesterday at Hoppers Crossing Library yesterday. Elton was introduced to us after our initial and informative meeting with Chris. Elton was well prepared and had an excellent understanding of our financial situation. He put us at ease very quickly while explaining and clarifying any of our concerns. We look forward to our follow up meeting with Elton in the near future.
Time spent explaining and answering questions. Very relaxed presentation
Elton was very thorough and answered all our questions satisfactorily. After talking to us he seemed to understand where we were coming from and what we required financially . It was also great that Chris joined the meeting as well .
Very comprehensive. Took plenty of time with us. Only down point was receiving information the morning of meeting. Would’ve liked a couple of days to read the information before the meeting. Other than that I was very happy with CCA.
