I had received an email from Marcello re annual review time. I phoned him and we had a discussion re my financial plan and I am fully aware of what is happening in the world today and understand how this can affect the plan. Always a pleasure to speak with Ben, this time on my IPad, although a few initial hiccups on my part he guided me through the hook up. He talked us through both Roger’s and my policies and possible changes. We also had a later call back from Ben to clarify a few things for us and to tell us our paperwork was on its way.
