I was offered a more in depth session with Anjali to up date me on the recent changes. She was most generous with her time, patient with my questions & clear with her explanations. I came away feeling that I was indeed a valued client as well as my interests were seriously considered in a way that my intentions are being very well taken care of.
We have been with CCA for almost a decade now and what they have provided for us is truly life changing!! We have a Self Managed Super Fund which contains a property and also a shares portfolio. Informative. Anjali explained everything in such a way it was easy for me to follow her. She is very professional and very aware of the needs of the person she was dealing with. At no point did I feel overwhelmed by the information she was imparting. She made the experience very positive.
Ben's preparation for both my appointments has been outstanding. Ben and his team prepared the paperwork which suited my personal needs exactly and during both appointments Ben explained everything clearly and patiently which took all the stress l was feeling away.
