Really good first contact by phone with Deborah. Friendly & helpful, made a booking for same-day service & advised their pricing policy. The plumber, Jack arrived (just) within the quoted timeframe, assessed the problem quickly, had the spare part with him & confirmed a price before he started. Completed the job in less than 30 minutes, with a pleasant attitude. Price was reasonable compared to previous experiences with other plumbers. Will use Casotti again.
