We had excessive water bills, and realised we had a leak ‘somewhere’. Jack was so efficient and found the leak quickly. It took a lot of digging around old tree roots, but he managed to replace the leaking pipe, all within 90 minutes. I was so pleased with his amiable manner and hard work (despite his bad back!), as he explained everything he was doing to me. I would definitely recommend both Jack and Casotti plumbers.

The plumber was unprofessional & the mixer wasn’t the right one to install & stayed wobbly for more than two weeks
They got to the appointment on the second try. The second appointment time they were working to was different to the one that I had arranged. When I realised that it meant waiting an extra 4 hours, I asked to cancel and they got quite aggressive. The newspaper advert said I was entitled to a 10% discount, however the plumber said it was not applicable to most of the cost ( I.e not the first half hour which was most of the time used).
