I don’t know how to install new canisters? Do I need to turn water off at mains or just at tap? Can’t comment further until I know this. As you installed the system I need to know know how long these canisters last. It says six months on canister but the plumber who installed it last December 2023 said 12 months?

Hi Gay, Just turn the water off at the isolation tap to the filters and they unscrew. The filters last a minumum of 6 months, and it all depends on how much water is used
Have used Casotti Plumbers previously so it was a no brainer to get them out to fix some niggly issues we had. Expected to have to wait a week or so but was booked in within days. Domenic came out and resolved all but one issue quickly and professionally. He explained why he could not resolve the last issue without significant cost and I was happy to leave. Great service and will get them back for any plumbing issues.

Very efficient, explained what he was going to do. Carried out what was required, with assistance from his assistant, doing the outside part, and corrected the problem for now, But did say the piping is not of todays standards as house was built quite some years ago. 30+. Very satisfied with the job done.. excellent as previous visit few yrs ago.. thank you..
