I have not had any issues in the 6 or so years we have been with them. When there has been an issue it has been dealt with quickly and professionally. Payments are always on time to us and payments to debtors has always been on time. If you are having difficulties with the big corporate agents give Carter & Co. a try, you will not be disappointed.
