Proactive. Good communication. High quality condition reports. Easy to deal with. Good contacts for trades, who have good rates.
I have not had any issues in the 6 or so years we have been with them. When there has been an issue it has been dealt with quickly and professionally. Payments are always on time to us and payments to debtors has always been on time. If you are having difficulties with the big corporate agents give Carter & Co. a try, you will not be disappointed. Emma, Hollie, and their team of tradespeople did an excellent job in preparing my house for lease. One of the reasons I chose Charter and Co Agents was their commitment to looking after both tenants and myself as the owner. Their ongoing service has been exceptional. I would confidently recommend them to prospective clients.
On top of responsibilities. Response time good. Downside is seems to not always have owners best interest in mind.
