Everyone I dealt with from the reception, assessment, through to pick up were exceptional. I was kept informed at every stage and the final results were perfect. You would never know the car had been damaged. The paint match was seamless as well. I couldn't have asked for more.

I'd had a previous no fault incident a couple of years ago and took my car to a high end repair shop. I was apprehensive having to go to SMART. However, I was impressed with their workshop. I parked in the undercover assessment bays. Kieran took me through the process and was easy to deal with. I was told to expect 8 days for the work to be carried out but they returned the car 2 days early. They did a great job on the car and also cleaned it for me. Very impressed and grateful for their service.
Fast turn around. The repair looks fantastic. I was so impressed with the amazing service. The receptionists were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. The assessor was fantastic. My car was assessed and before I left they were looking at the car in more detail in order to order the parts needed. I was kept up to date all the way through the repair. my bumper was done well but the tailgate was done poorly, you can still see where the metal was damaged. its only a small area so it should have been done properly, very disappointing!
