I'd had a previous no fault incident a couple of years ago and took my car to a high end repair shop. I was apprehensive having to go to SMART. However, I was impressed with their workshop. I parked in the undercover assessment bays. Kieran took me through the process and was easy to deal with. I was told to expect 8 days for the work to be carried out but they returned the car 2 days early. They did a great job on the car and also cleaned it for me. Very impressed and grateful for their service.

Fast turn around. The repair looks fantastic. I was so impressed with the amazing service. The receptionists were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. The assessor was fantastic. My car was assessed and before I left they were looking at the car in more detail in order to order the parts needed. I was kept up to date all the way through the repair. You did quite well. However, there was an issue detected which related to incorrect re-assembly of the bumper. This was rectified but it points to a gap in your quality control system. Such errors should be picked up by the services supplier, not the client. This indicates a lapse in the final inspection of your products
I was told my car was completed, when I arrived to collect the car I found that it was not completed. The painting was done but not the mechanical repairs. Just frustrating that this wasn't checked before I arrived to collect car.

my bumper was done well but the tailgate was done poorly, you can still see where the metal was damaged. its only a small area so it should have been done properly, very disappointing!
