Everyone I dealt with from the reception, assessment, through to pick up were exceptional. I was kept informed at every stage and the final results were perfect. You would never know the car had been damaged. The paint match was seamless as well. I couldn't have asked for more.

I'd had a previous no fault incident a couple of years ago and took my car to a high end repair shop. I was apprehensive having to go to SMART. However, I was impressed with their workshop. I parked in the undercover assessment bays. Kieran took me through the process and was easy to deal with. I was told to expect 8 days for the work to be carried out but they returned the car 2 days early. They did a great job on the car and also cleaned it for me. Very impressed and grateful for their service.

Fast turn around. The repair looks fantastic. I was so impressed with the amazing service. The receptionists were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. The assessor was fantastic. My car was assessed and before I left they were looking at the car in more detail in order to order the parts needed. I was kept up to date all the way through the repair.
