My 4x4 came for minor work (dent to roof and canopy) Fixed after 4 days told it was 8 so I rented a car for (dido). Happy it’s fixed after 4 days workers here are amazing they do amazing work . It’s just the completion / finishing check off that lets the down . When picking up my 4x4 I inspected the damaged area on roof , couldn’t even notice anything it’s flawless work . I don't have any option less than One star otherwise I would have given that. CERTAINLY, I AM NOT AT ALL FEELING LUCKY, RATHER I AM FEELING VERY UNLUCKY WITH AAMI ! To start with AAMI has got only 3 repair choices (if your car is still drivable) out of their authorized repair centers in whole Western Australia - "Capital S.M.A.R.T - 1. Welshpool, 2. Dropped my car off Tuesday morning picked up Thursday afternoon repaired rear bumper and replaced grey flashing under bumper. Definately recommend. Thankyou for your customer service.
Its a nightmare for me to go there!!!! If your car works mechanically fine, they will ruin it. DON’T EVEN THINK TO GO THERE!!! Their customer service is pathetic.. they don’t know how to talk to a customer. If your insurance company is referring you to give your car there, my dear you will need to wreck your car after leaving it at their place.
Because I’m with AAMI I didn’t have a choice of repairer and had to use Capital SMART. I asked the assessor’s if the car would be fixed like for like and my black badges replaced with the same. The first time he said they would be able to get silver badges and paint them black, then when I returned after the car had been assessed he said they were able to order black Mercedes badges. When I picked up my car, the badges were silver and they said they couldn’t replace them with black badges. Would never recommend a Capital SMA... read more
