I had my holden cruze in too get fix and they did really really good job on my car here photos from before and after
Amateur Hour. Internal communication is non-existant. 1st time I received the car back after being rear-ended, screws were missing, spoiler had been cracked, tailgate guides were missing, reverse camera was still broken, numberplate mount was missing. Picked it up after a 2nd round of repairs only to discover they hadn't fitted the numberplate mount and had ordered the wrong tailgate guides. Capital were so supportive and told me that my 4X4 should take a week or so depending on availability of parts. I picked up the hire car and headed home, later that day they text to say it would be ready in a few days, after a small hiccup with the hire car I got a call to say my car was ready. I expected it would be around 10 days or so, but from drop off to pick-up roughly 25 hours. They did a great job and we are very happy with the service and excellent job done. Thanks guys for a great job.
It’s insurance. Initially they told me it would take up to eight days JUST to replace a bumper, so I rent a car for eight days. But then they called and said it would take up to ten days!!! So I had to prolong my car rental. Omg, how efficient is it!
I had a pleasant experience with this repairer. I was sent here by my insurance provider. The gentleman who inspected my car was very professional and kept me well informed of what to expect. He provided me with an ETA. The young lady at the reception named Cathlin (or Kathleen) was very professional and helpful. She booked me an Uber and I was on my way.
