We’ve sold two homes with Kody now and there’s a reason we keep going back. His communication, motivation and professionalism are second to none. I’ve never once felt like a ‘transaction’ and I’ve always maintained full trust and confidence in Kody and his team. He has always exceeded our expectations on price and service. Will recommend him to anyone who’ll listen.
Business response:
It’s been an absolute pleasure working with you again. Thank you friend 😊
Couldn’t have been happier and glad we decided to list through Kody at Belle Property. Kody was upfront and honest from the beginning and knows how to get results. We would not hesitate to sell through Kody again.
Business response:
Thanks for the kind words Noel, was a pleasure working with you! 🤝
We recently sold our house with Kody and his team, and the experience was fantastic. Even though I never met Kody or the team face to face, I felt connected and well looked after the entire time. Communication was spot on – always clear, timely, and friendly – which made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. We’re really happy with the result and so grateful for the support along the way. Would definitely recommend Kody and his team to anyone looking to sell!
Business response:
Aww thank you so much for the kind words. Was an absolute pleasure working with you guys 🫶🏼
Chris is a first class professional. He made himself available at short notice to view the property and was knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable in our initial and all subsequent engagements with him. He is a fine ambassador for his industry.
Compared to our previous experience with another agent that took 3 years to sell. This time around we looked at 5 agents and had some work mates that had dealt with kody and highly recommend. My own experience I highly recommend kody. Easy to talk with. Will get back to you as soon as he can. Up front, straight, and honest recommendations based on his experience in the industry. We followed his recommendations,he provided honest, helpful, excellent service professionals. Painter, cleaner, pressur
We recently sold our property and highly recommend Belle Property. A special thanks to Kody — he was a pleasure to work with. The entire process was smooth, and his expertise in the area really stood out. Thank you, Kody! We truly appreciate your support and would definitely recommend you to others.
Number one agent in Townsville! Kody and the team were incredible. They sold our home off-market for a price beyond our expectations in such a short time frame. Before engaging kody, we made the mistake of hiring another agent who charged us for an off-market process with no offers or inspections. After engaging Kody's team, we had constant communicatuon, consistent enquiry, buyer inspections and before we knew it, an incredible offer! We can't thank him enough and would not hesitate to recommed
Kody and his team were amazing to work with — friendly, sharp, and on the ball. They made the whole process easy and even fun, and got us a price well above expectations. We’re super grateful and would recommend them in a heartbeat!
We are so incredibly happy with the service provided by Kody and his team in selling our unit. He was always the first to give us updates on the sale process moving forward. Not only did we sell this time but we also purchased our family home through him roughly 4 years ago and he has always kept in contact and answered any industry related questions that have arisen over the years. Both transactions were made easy and transparent. I would recommend Kody to anyone who is looking to buy or sell!
