Selling my home with Bell Property was a great experience. Kody, Kayla, and Jesse were professional, approachable and kept me informed every step of the way. They made the process feel easy and stress-free, offering honest advice and clear communication throughout. I really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled, and I was very happy with the outcome. Big thanks to team Dart. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell, buy or rent.
It was so easy to work with Kody and his team and they got us a fantastic result. Communication was top notch, i didn't have to chase them up or constantly ask for updates. They provided exactly what we wanted and were able to read between the lines, forecast future events and plan ahead. Their advice on the area and selling strategy have proven to be accurate and justified. Highly recommended for their professionalism, communication, negotiation and outstanding result

Throughout the process Kody was always very prompt with clear and transparent communication, and expert advice that made us feel supported the whole way through. Kody made the whole process easy and despite being so busy, Kody always made time for us and any questions we had, and provided additional support to help us with our move. We recommend Kody to everyone we know.
Jac was very knowledgeable within the current market, and very informative about the property to help us with deciding to offer on the property
Business response:
Appreciate your kind words Rick, it was a pleasure working with you and your family to secure your forever home. I wish you all many happy returns.
Jac was great. Not only is she personable, professional and genuine but she is really committed to getting the best outcome for all parties. As a seller who is based away from the property we sold, she was a critical asset in getting our property to market and sold quickly (and for a fair price). I relied on her advice, guidance and support throughout the process and trusted she had everything under control. She went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend her.
