Jac assisted us with our new home and from that experience, we had our minds set on Jac selling our property in West End. Her experience and knowledge in all areas that were required throughout both experiences was just outstanding and not too mention her warmth to caring and making it a very personal experience with her, was above what buyers and sellers would expect. She continually kept us up to date and ensured there was no stone turned over.

Can’t recommend Kody and the Belle property team enough! We had faith when choosing Kody to sell our house, knowing his reputation handling property in Burdell, but he 100% exceeded our expectations! Kody was very genuine throughout the whole process, listened to all our ideas and hopes for the sale, and backed us the whole way. Never would we have imagined we’d get the price we did for our house. Nothing but glowing reviews and a massive thanks from us! 👏🏼

I recently sold my property with Stan and was thoroughly impressed. He gave expert advice, organised trades quickly, and had the home under contract really quickly. His market knowledge, communication, and professionalism made the entire process seamless. Even from a distance, everything was handled efficiently and without stress. If you're selling in Townsville, especially in Kelso, I highly recommend Stan - he delivers great results with ease.

From our initial contact with Kody and his team, we found them to be very approachable, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Kody's sound advice, communication skills and calm manner guided us through and eased what can be a stressful process of selling your home. Based on our positive experience with Team Dart, we already have and will continue to recommend Kody for any real estate needs.
