Kody and his team were amazing. Professional from start to finish. Passage of information was great. If you want your house sold, there is no one that works harder then these guys. Best in the business.
We’ve worked with Doreen for over 25 yrs on both land and house sales and can’t recommend her highly enough. She manages everything from preparing properties for market to guiding buyers with renovations. Her reputation in Townsville is 2nd to none, and extends to buyer's agents across Australia. Professional, trustworthy and caring, she sells quickly for top prices while keeping the process positive and stress-free for all parties involved.
Business response:
Thank you so much for your amazing review and for your trust over the past 25 years! It’s been an absolute pleasure working with you on both land and home sales over the years. I truly value our long-term relationship and your kind words mean a lot. I’m so glad to hear the experience has always been positive and rewarding.
Kody and team were incredibly flexible and fast moving - happy to adapt to our specific circumstances and change at a moments notice. They gave us great advice for the best outcome we could imagine for our home. We felt super supported and valued the whole process.
We’ve trusted Doreen for many years and always recommend her to family, friends and professional contacts. A true specialist in house and land sales in Townsville, with strong builder connections and outstanding local knowledge. Several of our properties have sold at or above listing price, some even at the first open or before. Professional, approachable, and results-driven, Doreen makes the process easy and stress-free. 5-star all round!

Chris Kyle’s knowledge of the market in Townsville was very helpful. He was always prompt to respond to any queries and insightful regarding potential buyers. We really appreciated Chris’ help with a quick sale.

is a big thumbs up and thank you to the team at belle property . everyone from office reception to the sales team made selling super easy for me and I would recommend belle to anyone looking to sell or buy real estate ..... thanks again to jesse , jett , kody and kristie 😊
Jac's help throughout the entire process was invaluable. She was always quick to respond, personable and no question was too dumb. We met her a couple of yrs ago at another open home and she left such an impression. We knew she was the agent we wanted to work with when we were ready to sell our home. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy, we are so happy with our results!
Very professional when dealing with Kody and Jesse, Does have the best interest of both parties in the deal which is what you want in a great sales agent. To be left feeling like this is not just a transaction. Very open and transparent. Awesome to work with!
Purchased a property from Kody Dart. Very knowledgeable about Bohle plains. Good communication from him and his team. Looking forward to working together again.
